Ayur-Veda is the oldest system of medicine on the planet.  Their preparations are usually combinations of many different herbs in different amounts according to very ancient formulas recorded in the Ayur Veda or Scriptures of Medicine.  We have had good success with the tablets made by the oldest Ayurvedic company in the world.  They are called Himalayan Drug company.  All of their products are well respected and used in many hospitals in India.  They are quite well known for their preparation of Liv52.  A very effective liver formula.  I personally went to India and brought back some of the Himalayan products.  They are not expensive, but don't let that fool you.  They are worth more , but because of their country of origin, we are able to get them for a less expensive price than in America.
